What is the Jingle Bell Ball?
Every year, Capital FM hosts the festive concert, which draws in some of the biggest names in pop music and is one of the most popular events on the radio. There have been several artists who have headlined this event in the past, such as Lady Gaga, Kylie Minogue, Justin Bieber, Coldplay, The Black Eyed Peas, Little Mix, Katy Perry, and Taylor Swift to name a few.
The event was started in 2008, and has continued every year since then, except for 2020, which was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to the proceeds of each event, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Make Some Noise.

There will be no paper tickets issued or accepted this year, since the venue will be using a mobile ticketing system. As of Tuesday, 8 November, 9:00am, there will be a pre-sale for the tickets. The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased using a credit card is six. As of Wednesday, 9 November, a wider range of products will be available for sale.
What to know before you go
It is expected that the doors will open at 4:30pm for a show to begin at 6:00pm, and the show will end at 10:00pm at the latest. If you are one of the younger attendees, it’s worth noting that those under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult in the standing areas, and those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the sitting zones.
In order to comply with the law, clear bags with a maximum size of 35cm by 40cm by 19cm are allowed. The price for checking in other bags is £10 per bag, and there is a limit of one bag per person.
